Well, we just got a re-order from a customer that first ordered back in Nov. 2011 and now decided to make another purchase. I’m sure he didn’t remember our website so he probably searched for Isotonix and was brought to Shop.com, but because he was our customer the system automatically re-directed him back to us. The beauty about our website is that our customers are locked into our account by their email address. This is why we always train about it and always insist that you register your customers and add their email address.
