Here is what I am learning everyday. “If you don’t create your future, someone else will create it for you.” Being in the restaurant business for over 30 years, I knew I would not be able to do that forever, eventually it would catch up to me. I watched many of my friends that were in the restaurant business get burned out, stressed out and some started drinking, I knew I didn’t want to end up being one of them. What good is having money if you don’t have a life.

But statistically, if I continued the route I was going, I would eventually end up like them, so I took it upon myself to make a change. I also feel a lot of people make their own obstacles. I’m where I am today because I am so clear on what actions in my life produces results and I learned to let go of everything that doesn’t produce a result. We all need to commit to spending 15 minutes a day on result producing activities. You have to become the change you want to see. If you want to be better than the way you are, then you have to change what you are doing.

I wanted to remind everyone that Market America is a proven system if you follow it. In order to get to the money, we need to expose it to other people. It’s called “Networking”. A lot of people are getting so wound up about selling the business that they forget the concept. This is a social business. Once you understand that, it’s a piece of cake this is why it’s so important to get to the trainings. None of us were born smart, we had to educate ourselves and this is no different. In order to be successful we need to educate ourselves and we must keep that determination going.

But, you really need to ask yourself:
• Do you have the belief you once had
• Do you feel you put the time into YOU or do you give so much to your other job there’s nothing left
• Do you utilize your team to help you grow
• Are you attending the necessary training in order to learn the verbiage you need to be effective
